30-day returns
If the fit isn't right or the sound isn't for you, send them back within thirty days for a full refund. We cover return shipping in the continental US.
How to return
Write to info@suonoo.com with your order number. We'll reply with a prepaid label and instructions.
2-year warranty
We cover manufacturing defects for two years from delivery. If something fails, we'll repair or replace it at no cost.
After the warranty
We still repair, at cost. Write to us and we'll quote the fix before we start.
What isn't covered
Accidental damage, water damage beyond the IP54 rating, and normal wear on the ear tips.
